PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing HER2 positive is provided to cheaply obtain test result and to enable analysis without skilled person for the technique. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing HER2 positive contains: a fragment of HER2 gene containing SNP with artificially changed base; a fragment of reference gene containing SNA with artificially changed base; a first primer containing a sequence which is common in wild type HER2 sequence; and a second primer containing a sequence which is common to wild type reference gene sequence.
