<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced hose that can be efficiently produced by utilizing existing facilities and is high in reinforcing effect, particularly, in the hose axial direction, and a manufacturing method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced hose 1 is configured to include a hose wall in which an inner layer 2, an outer layer 3, and a fiber-reinforced layer 4 sandwiched between the inner/outer layers are laminatedly integrated. Both of the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 are respectively formed by spirally winding a synthetic-resin-made band and integrating its adjacent side edges. The fiber-reinforced layer 4 is formed into a cylindrical shape by arranging a net-like reinforcing tape 41, in which each intersecting part of a warp and a weft is mutually fixed, in a direction substantially in parallel with the hose axis line. Synthetic resins of the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 are integrated through meshes of the reinforcing tape 41 so as to constitute the hose wall 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
