<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection circuit capable of suppressing dispersion caused by fluctuation of a manufacturing process or the like, and setting a resolution to be high, and to provide a sensor device, an electronic apparatus or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This detection circuit includes a current mirror circuit 20, a pyroelectric element C1 disposed between a first node NA1 of the current mirror circuit 20 and a first power supply node, a capacitor element C2 disposed between a second node NA2 of the current mirror circuit 20 and the first power supply node, and a charging circuit 30 for performing charging operation to the pyroelectric element C1 and the capacitor element C2 through the current mirror circuit 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
