<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for displaying a feature map of clinical trial design, which supports planning of a clinical trial by calculating indexes relating to trial conditions and trial methods of design of a clinical trial with a prescribed disease as the object on the basis of clinical trial information extracted, by a systematically arranged clinical trial information extraction method and a clinical trial information extraction method being improved daily by sharing know-how relating to clinical trial information extraction and analysis methods in a specific group or among a plurality of groups, and by visually displaying the indexes (clinical trial map) using a schema. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to each group Gi of object clinical trials, a trial condition selection rate RAj(Gi) at which a trial condition Cj is selected is calculated in a step S3, and a link coefficient Ljk(Gi) and an inclusion rate Pjk(Gi) are calculated in a step S5. A logical relation between trial conditions Cj and Ck is determined on the basis of the link coefficient Ljk(Gi) and the inclusion rate Pjk(Gi) in steps S8 to S18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
