PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a DC motor, capable of reducing the number of parts of the DC motor or assembling man-hour thereof. SOLUTION: The DC motor includes: a stator 10 having a coil 12 and a commutator 13 connected to the coil 12; a rotor 20 disposed in the inner circumference of the stator 10; and feed brushes 30 which are formed in the rotor 20 and contact the commutator 13. The rotor 20 has a shaft 21, a resin spacer 22 provided on the shaft 21, a yoke 23 formed on the resin spacer 22, and permanent magnets 24 formed on the yoke 23. The shaft 21 is fixed to the resin spacer 22 by insertion molding. The resin spacer 22 has recesses 25 to which the feed brushes 30 are inserted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
