PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight wiring structure in a tube which is excellent on watertightness and shows suitable waterproof property in a lighting fixture, and the lighting fixture which has the watertight wiring structure and is excellent on waterproof performance. SOLUTION: In the watertight wiring structure in a tube wherein a circular elastic plate 3 is pushed and fixed with a pair of fixing plates 9, 10 forming wiring holes 12 and prepared on both sides of the circular elastic plate 3 in the tube 21 and the elastic plate 3 is stuck to and fixed on an inner periphery surface of the tube 21 by deforming the elastic plate 3 with pushing force as well as making the elastic plate 3 stick to and fix on a wiring cord 40 of the wiring hole 12, bank parts 17 coming in contact with the elastic plate 3 are arranged along respective peripheral edge positions of the fixing plates 9, 10 at sides facing to the elastic plate 3. Furthermore, bank parts 18 coming in contact with the elastic plate 3 are arranged along respective periphery positions of the wiring hole 12 at the side facing to the elastic plates 3 of the respective fixing plates 9, 10.
