摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve view angle characteristics of a liquid crystal display device having a multi-domain structure. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device 1 includes a pair of TFT substrates 10 and counter substrates 30 arranged mutually oppositely through a liquid crystal layer 40. On the TFT substrate 10, each pixel electrode 16 for controlling orientation of liquid crystal molecules 41 is arranged on each pixel 20, and the pixel electrode 16 includes: linear pixel electrodes 16c which are parallel mutually, and arranged slantingly and extendedly with respect to the X-axis direction in the pixel 20: linear pixel electrodes 16d, 16e, 16f which are parallel mutually, and arranged slantingly and extendedly with respect to the X-axis at an angle different from the linear pixel electrodes 16c; and linear pixel electrodes 16g, 16h, 16i, 16j for connecting in the X-axis direction, each of the linear pixel electrodes 16c, 16d, 16e, 16f.
