PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silica nanoparticle manufacturing method which can maintain stable measuring performance for a long period of time, and implement a measuring system, and furthermore, a determining and measuring system, and to provide a control silica nanoparticle acquired by the silica particle manufacturing method and a labeling reagent using the same. SOLUTION: The silica nanoparticle manufacturing method includes the following processes (a) and (b). In the process (a), a compound in which silicon-containing alkoxides and labeling functional molecules are bonded are hydrolyzed with a tetraalkoxysilane compound to prepare silica nanoparticles. In the process (b), the hydrolysis reaction of the silica nanoparticles prepared in the process (a) is stopped by a reaction quenching agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
