PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which is downsized while having a surface acoustic wave filter and a dielectric filter. SOLUTION: The filter device is mainly constituted of: an element mounting member in which a recess space for a surface acoustic wave filter is provided on one main surface and a recess space for a dielectric laminate filter is provided on the other main surface; a surface acoustic wave filter provided in the recess space for a surface acoustic wave filter; a dielectric filter provided in the recess space for a dielectric filter; a lid member bonded to the one main surface of the element mounting member to hermetically seal the surface acoustic wave filter; and an insulative resin for covering the dielectric filter.
