PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light soundproof cover which has both chemical resistance and heat resistance, and improves sound insulating property since the sound insulating property is more required. SOLUTION: The soundproof cover includes: an acoustic material; and a porous film made of fluorocarbon resin in which air-flow resistance measured by an air permeability A method (fragile form method) prescribed by JIS L1096 is 2-30 kPa s/m.
