PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a continuous fiber prepreg capable of molding the continuous fiber prepreg using a thermoplastic prepreg tape into a shape capable of exhibiting an expected physical property without sacrificing productivity. SOLUTION: The circumferentially continuous fiber prepreg 12 is formed by winding the prepreg tape 11 between a plurality of rods 21. The slack of the prepreg tape 11 is removed by moving a plurality of the rods 21 in a direction for them to separate from each other and generating tension in the continuous fiber prepreg 12. The continuous fiber prepreg 12 is pressed with a pushing jig 41 to be formed into a final shape. The continuous fiber prepreg 12 is cured by being heated and then cooled after being heated.
