PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and quickly draw a Thomson blade from a die board without damaging a gullet of the die board. SOLUTION: The Thomson blade 10 is tightly grasped by a clamping tool 8. A lever body 5 united with the clamping tool 8 is provided. A vertical pushing-out tool 1 for raising them simultaneously is provided. A lever 9 for turning the vertical pushing-out tool 1 independent of a clamping operation of the clamping tool 8, with a cam pin 3 for pushing its upper part serving as a fulcrum, and a cam 2, or a screw 13 and a rotary driving part 14, are used to push out the vertical pushing-out tool 1, which pushes the die board 11 and draws out the Thomson blade 10.
