PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold reserving muffler towel capable of being simply manufactured without dividing the cold reserving muffler towel into small regions, hard to deviate water absorbent resin even if the muffler towel is vertically hung after used to be dried and easy to reuse, and the water absorption sheet put in the cold reserving muffler towel. SOLUTION: The water absorption sheet put in the cold reserving muffler towel is constituted by fixing the sheet at least the water absorbent resin and a water-insoluble water absorbing/holding material other than the water absorbent resin, especially pulp to a water-permeable base material by emboss processing.
