The present invention relates to a sound and heat insulator between floors using a waste limestone powder, the sound and heat insulator comprising: a soft encapsulating member having an empty interior; an air volume control means which is provided on one side of the encapsulating member to allow a selective inflow and outflow of the air; and a limestone powder which fills up the interior of the encapsulating member, wherein the air volume control means is made from a soft synthetic resin material that is attached to the interior surface of the encapsulating member. The present invention is an environmentally-friendly technology which recycles waste materials, is easy to structure and configure and has low manufacturing costs, blocks the noise between floors effectively and has excellent heat insulating effects, and can be manufactured in regular units which allows for ease of construction. |
