PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing tempered safety glass with ceramic inorganic material pigment patterns is provided to cost-effectively implement a pattern printing process by attaching a ceramic pigment colored film on the glass and heating the film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing tempered safety glass with ceramic inorganic material pigment patterns includes the following: Glass(12) is shaped. A pattern film(20), which is selected by a customer through internet, is attached on the surface of the glass. The glass is heated at 720 degrees Celsius and is rapidly cooled. The pattern film is colored film based on ceramic pigment. A pre-set pattern(11) is printed on a transferring film(10) using a silk screening process in order to obtain the pattern film. |
