PURPOSE: A user terminal, server, and control method thereof are provided to use application condition which is partially encoded and to increase the security of a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A storing unit(120) stores received application content. A decoding unit(130) decodes the application content. A user interface unit(140) receives an executed command for practicing the application content. A control unit(160) sets up the application content stored in the storing unit in an encrypted state.
