PURPOSE: A text message integral management apparatus and method thereof are provided to automatically classifies a category of the text message. CONSTITUTION: A category classifying unit(110) classifies the category of a text message. A data extracting unit(120) extracts an item by item data from the text message within the predetermined category. A display unit(130) displays item statistical data by using the extracted item by item data. The data classifying unit classifies the category based on a message form.
