PURPOSE: A pulverized meat product using an onion peel extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer various functional component including polyphenol and flavonoid in onion peels. CONSTITUTION: A producing method pulverized meat product using an onion peel extract comprises the following steps: thawing frozen pork, and removing fat tissues from the pork; crushing the pork without the fat tissues using a crusher; mixing the crushed port with fat, salt, L-ascorbic acid, and the onion peel extract; heating the pork mixture for 3minutes; and vacuum packing the obtained product.
