Provided is a connector connection device for a solar cell panel capable of automatically connecting the cable side connector of the solar cell panel and an inspection device side connector when the solar cell panel is inspected or measured. The connector connection device connects the cable side connector (33) at the end of a cable (32) extending from the solar cell panel (200) to the inspection device side connector (53). The device comprises a housing hook (48) which holds the cable and corrects the attitude of the cable while moving forward and backward and moves the cable side connector to a predetermined position by pushing the cable side connector, a connector clamp (49) for gripping the moved cable side connector, and an attaching member (55) for holding the mating inspection device side connector. The cable side connector and the inspection side connector are joined to each other by moving at least one of the connector clamp and the attaching member toward the mating side.
