PURPOSE: A magnetic coupling control device is provided to easily adjust the control mode according to the load condition or the driving state of the inner side rotator by controlling the inner side rotator arranged in the peripheral side from the outer peripheral side through the magnetic coupling. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic coupling control device(10) comprises an outside rotator(10MT), an inside rotator(14), a piping portion, an outside magnetic pole(12c), and a magnetic coupling structure. The outside rotator comprises a rotatable rotor portion in the inner circumferential portion and a stator portion which controls the rotor. The inside rotator is arranged in the periphery side of the rotor portion(12) at the constant interval. The piping portion comprises a partition arranged between the outside rotator and inside rotator. The outside magnetic pole is arranged in the circumferential portion of the rotor portion. The magnetic coupling structure comprises the inside magnetic pole(14b) which is able to magnetic coupling through a partition in the rotational direction.
