PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented milk using a vulgaris double effect process is provided to improve the breeding of lactobacillus bifidus and lactobacillus. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented milk comprises the following steps: mixing 95.57~96.64wt% of raw milk, 3.24~4.2wt% of mixed skim milk powder or skim milk powder, and 0.12~0.23wt% of lactobacillus bacteria proliferating agent to obtain mixed milk; homogenizing the mixed milk, and sterilizing the mixed milk before cooling; injecting composite lactobacillus bacteria and lactobacillus bifidus into the mixed milk, and fermenting the mixture; and crushing the obtained curd liquid before homogenizing and cooling.
