<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instantaneous voltage drop countermeasure apparatus that can isolate defects and therefore is improved in reliability as the whole system. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of capacitor units #A to #N that constitute a capacitor electrical storage device and a signal processing board 5 are provided on a capacitor panel 1. Secondary battery units 11 to 41 are each provided with respective failure detection units 12 to 42 for detecting a fault such as a failure of output voltage and outputting a faialure signal to the signal processing board 5. The secondary battery units 11 to 41 are connected in parallel via capacitor breakers 13 to 43 and therefore the secondary battery units 11 to 41 can be individually separated from the system. An initial charge circuit is formed by connecting in series resistors 14 to 44 for initial charging and electromagnetic contactors 15 to 45 for initial charging, and is connected in parallel to each breaker 13 to 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
