摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion apparatus capable of preventing a decline in thermal efficiency that is caused by adhesion of soot dust. <P>SOLUTION: The combustion apparatus includes: a vertical double cylindrical furnace including an outer cylinder 41 defining a combustion space 40 and an inner cylinder 42, wherein the inner cylinder has a lower end opening that forms a flow passage from which combustion exhaust gas from a combustion space is discharged; an upper burner 43 for burning a mixture of pyrolysis gas and primary combustion air in the combustion space; a line L2 for supplying the pyrolysis gas to the upper burner; a line L6 for supplying the primary combustion air to the upper burner; a lower burner 44 disposed lower relative to the upper burner, for injecting secondary combustion air and burning a mixture of unburned gas in the combustion space and the secondary combustion air; and a line L7 for supplying the secondary combustion air to the lower burner. The upper burner 43 includes a first combustion opening 43a that is opened on an upper inner circumferential wall of the outer cylinder so that a swirl flow is formed in the combustion space by injecting a blaze in a circumferential direction of the upper inner circumferential wall of the outer cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
