<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a heating coil 105 generates an induction magnetic field for heating a cooking container 102, a buoyancy reducing means 110 is also heated simultaneously, thereby, an infrared sensor 107 detects an infrared energy emitted from the cooking container 102 and also detects the infrared energy emitted from the buoyancy reducing means 110, and thus it becomes an error of temperature detection of the cooking container 102. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker is provided with a heating coil 105 which generates an induction magnetic field to heat the cooking container 102, a buoyancy reducing means 110 which reduces buoyancy that the magnetic field generated by the heating coil 105 acts on the cooking container 102, a control means 106 which controls a high frequency current impressed on the heating coil 105 and heats the cooking container 102, an infrared sensor 107 which detects the infrared energy emitted from the cooking container 102 and detects the temperature of the cooking container 102, and a heating amount restriction means 106a which reduces the heating amount of the cooking container 102 when the buoyancy reducing means 110 is a prescribed temperature or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
