<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having superior long-term reliability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 3 includes: a solar cell 1 having a light receiving surface, an opposite surface of the light receiving surface, and electrode wiring provided on the opposite surface; a conductor wiring pattern that is connected to the electrode wiring at a plurality of portions and has sagging in the thickness direction between one connected portion and other connected portion adjacent to the one connected portion; and a sealing part 36 sealing the solar cell 1 and the conductor wiring pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
