<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire sorting device capable of reliably reading information on a tire identification indicator such as a bar code formed on a tire surface without damaging a tire. <P>SOLUTION: A tire holding means 20 having three holding arms 24a-24c arranged in a circular shape in a plane orthogonal to the tire center axis and a link mechanism for expanding the holding arms 24a-24c is arranged below a loading table 40 for loading a tire T.
