PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whipping utensil for cooking which can prevent lumps from being generated and can perform a fine and smooth dough making or whipping. SOLUTION: The whipping utensil for cooking can perform processes of powder sifting, whipping, stirring, filtering and crushing by one unit only by making a whipping section 2 consist of an aggregate of holes having a grid shape, a polygonal shape, a conical shape or an oval shape. The whipping utensil for cooking can quickly whip a material by feeding fine oxygen and easily make a fine and smooth dough at the same time with stirring. Therefore, there is no fear for generating lumps.
