摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid collision of each uplink signal in PON-I/F and PON sections by allowing an OLT to adjust processing delay time of a transmission/reception circuit according to a transmission rate of the uplink signal of each ONU. SOLUTION: A band allocating device measures each RTT between an OLT connected in a one-to-multi way and a plurality of ONUs, and sets time obtained by subtracting each RTT from setting time of the OLT as transmission start time of an uplink signal transmitted by each ONU to the OLT. Signal transmission between the OLT and the plurality of ONUs is performed at least at two kinds of transmission rates. The band allocating device includes a module of adjusting processing delay time of the transmission/reception circuit according to a transmission rate of an uplink signal of each ONU for setting to time obtained by subtracting each RTT from the setting time of the OLT as transmission start time of an uplink signal set to each ONU, thus avoiding collision of uplink signals at a PON section between each ONU and OLT.
