PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a transmission cable capable of manufacturing efficiently a transmission cable of a low skew and attaining cost reduction of the low-skew transmission cable, and provide its manufacturing device and the transmission cable manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the transmission cable, a supplying means 7 for extracting a continuous long foamed insulation wire 4 from its one end is prepared and after one end of the foamed insulation wire 4 is extracted from the supplying means 7 and the wire 4 is cut to a prescribed length, and a cut end of the foamed insulation wire 4 on the supplying means side is extracted from the supplying means 7 and the wire 4 is cut to a prescribed length similarly to produce two foamed insulation wires each having the prescribes lengths to obtain the transmission cable 1 having these two foamed insulation wires 4 as a pair of core wires.
