PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery or the like, which prevents resistance dispersion in a collection terminal part, also prevents peeling of an active material layer, and is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: A lithium secondary battery 100 includes a wound electrode body 120. A band-like end part 122m of a positive electrode metal foil collector 122 of a positive electrode plate 121 for structuring the wound electrode body 120 extends intermittently in a longitudinal direction, includes a plurality of slits 122h formed adjacently to each other and radially in a wound state. A plurality of slit outside parts 122s positioned on an outer side from the slits 122h in a width direction and formed adjacently to each other radially in a wound state out of the band-like end part 122m are gathered and interposed mutually to structure a positive electrode collection terminal part 122y.
