SOLUTION: This crane control device includes an operation action indication detecting means 1 for detecting operation action indication sent from the respective cargo handling cranes C, an operation action indication holding determining means 2 for calculating the electric power consumption total value generated in response to action of the respective cranes C corresponding to the operation action indication and determining the necessity of holding the operation action indication by comparing the electric power consumption total value with an operation action indication holding reference value set from capacity of the power generation facility, an operation action indication holding means 3 for holding the operation action indication determined as being necessary to hold for a specific time, an operation action indication sending-out means 4 for sending out the operation action indication determined as being unnecessary to hold and the operation action indication after being held for the specific time to the respective cranes C, and an operation action indication holding informing means 5 for informing an operator that the operation action indication is held for the specific time.
