PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive portable toilet which is easily held, is little deviated in use and therefore prevents urine leakage. SOLUTION: The portable toilet is constituted in such a way that a belt shape reinforcing reception opening (1) is attached to the peripheral part of the upper entrance of a urine reception bag (3) in the portable toilet so as not to twist the urine reception bag (3), and cylindrical finger insertion parts(2) for inserting fingers are arranged on both side surfaces of the opening (1). Alternatively, the portable toilet in the first embodiment uses a water-absorptive base material for the reinforcing reception opening (1) to obtain the reinforcing reception opening (4) with a water-absorptive performance. Further alternatively, the portable toilet in the first embodiment is constituted in such a way that portions to be abutted onto skin in the reinforcing reception opening (1) and the reinforcing reception opening (4) with the water-absorptive performance are formed in a U shape, and then the finger insertion parts (2) are arranged.
