The invention relates to log components suitable for log constructions, visual aids and toys. Each log component has conncetion surfaces (A1,B2; XI, X2) located in three mutually parallel planes, each of the connection surfaces comprises elongate milled formations which match with those on the corresponding surfaces of adjacent like components. This formations on the median place (XI, X2) are perpendicular to those on the upper (Al) and lower (B2) planes.
