A pharmaceutical composition containing levoamlodipine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and ß blockers and use thereof are provided by the present invention. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention contains levoamlodipine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and ß blockers, wherein said ß blockers are selected from one of nebivolol, bisoprolol, betaxolol, celiprolol and nadolol. The use of the above mentioned pharmaceutical composition in preparing medicaments for treating hypertension is further provided by the present invention.
