PURPOSE: A battery cooling system for vehicles is provided to effectively cool the battery while keeping agreeableness within a vehicle by cooling the air supplied to a battery case using a thermoelectric device module. CONSTITUTION: A battery cooling system for vehicles comprises: a battery case(110) in which a battery stack(112) is housed; a blower(120) causing the air flow which is connected to the battery case; an inlet duct(130) connected to the inlet of the battery case; an outlet duct(140) connected to the outlet of the battery case; a thermoelectric device module(150) which is installed in the inlet of the battery case and cools the air flowing in through the inlet duct; and a controller(160) controlling the operation of the thermoelectric device module.
