PURPOSE: A hand shaking correction method and digital photographing device including the same are provided to correct hand shaking at low cost while performing digital image stabilization of a main controller. CONSTITUTION: If the exposure time for being applied for photography is shorter than the base time, a hand shaking correction is performed in an optical image stabilization technique(S44). If the exposure time for being applied to for photograph is greater than the base time, hand shaking correction is performed in a digital image stabilization technique(S45).
