<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information showing characteristics of housing such as insulating property, remaining value of the facility and the like by processing the data of power generation, power usage and temperature inside and outside housing of the housing. <P>SOLUTION: A home server 20 or a center server 60, by using a breaker-equipment correspondence information in which identification information of a housing 10, identification information of each branched breaker 32 of the housing 10, and each facility 23 to which each branched breaker 32 is connected or identification information of each power source outlet are corresponded, extracts current passage time (or frequency) measurement data for each fixed time period of the breaker 32 connected to each facility and calculates total use time (or frequency) of each facility from the current passage time (or frequency) measurement data for each fixed time of each branched breaker 32.
