<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real time action management system capable of grasping a location and the action of an individual in a facility by entrance or exit to/from each area in real time, images by a monitoring camera at door opening/closing, and a location and action of the individual during going out. <P>SOLUTION: A server in the real time action management system has consolidated data including: attendance management data of coming/leaving to/from an office by a time recorder 1 installed in a management area of the facility; room entrance/exit data personally authenticated after being read by room entrance/exit management units 3a-3d installed at each door when entrance/exit is performed to/from each room; digital image data imaged by monitoring cameras 4a, 4b when the door is opened and closed; individual action plan data such as going out, a business trip, leave and communication inputted from personal computers 5a-5d for work; and action data such as coming/leaving to/from the office and visiting destinations sent from the place of going out by a GPS-compatible mobile phone 2.
