PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner in which variation in the characteristics thereof due to the deviation of fixed position is reduced. SOLUTION: The optical scanner 1 includes a movable part 2, an outside plate 3 and a pair of bases 4. The movable part 2 includes a mirror part 5, a pair of supporting beams 6, an oscillation beam 7 and driving parts 8A, 8B. The mirror part 5 includes a reflection face 51 which reflects an incident luminous flux. The pair of bases 4 extend in a Y-axis direction perpendicular to an extended line AX connecting the pair of supporting beams 6. The pair of bases 4 are separated from each other in an X-axis direction parallel to the extended line AX. The pair of bases 4 are provided by being bonded to the lower face of the outside plate 3.
