<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric power generator where deterioration in piezoelectric characteristics of a piezoelectric element and reduction in the amount of displacement are small, and reduction in generation efficiency is restrained. <P>SOLUTION: An insulating protective film 60 is formed at a portion where a first electrode 22 and a second electrode 23 are not formed in a piezoelectric layer 21, thus restraining adhesion of water to the piezoelectric layer 21 or penetration of water into the piezoelectric layer 21 by the protective film 60. Therefore, deterioration in piezoelectric characteristics of the piezoelectric element 20 and short-circuit between the first electrode 22 and the second electrode 23 are restrained, thus obtaining the piezoelectric power generator 1 of which deterioration in power generation efficiency is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
