<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for presenting a user countermeasures more suitable than before. <P>SOLUTION: The communication equipment includes a setter for receiving setting of wireless communication, a wireless communication unit for performing wireless communications by the received setting, a first acquisition unit for acquiring transmission line situation of wireless communication, a second acquisition unit for acquiring situations other than the transmission line, and a reporting unit for reporting countermeasures to user if wireless communications performed in the wireless communication unit goes wrong. The reporting unit reports countermeasures about situations other than transmission line, when it is diagnosed that the transmission line situation is good but the situations other than the transmission line are bad. The reporting unit reports countermeasures about the transmission line situation and the situations other than the transmission line, when it is diagnosed that the transmission line situation is neither good nor bad and the situations other than transmission line are bad.
