SOLUTION: The compound or its prodrug is represented by formula (I) or (II), (wherein R1indicates a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group that may have a substituent, or the like; R2indicates a halogen atom, a hydroxy group or the like; X is not present or indicates a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group that may be substituted, or the like; and ring A indicates a heterocycle that may have a substituent).
