<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially control the operation of a high-efficiency apparatus by dispersing a load to gas energy at a power peak. <P>SOLUTION: This energy management system comprises a demand total amount monitor means 3 of a power demand, an output total amount monitor means 2 for a generator set of low CO2 emission such as nuclear electric power generation and hydraulic power generation, a total amount comparison means 4 which compares an output total amount of the generator set of low CO2 emission and a total amount of power demand, a concentration control means which controls a power generation means of low CO2 emission such as fuel battery equipment 11, and a charge management means which manages a charge for a gas consumption amount which is obtained while the power generation means of a gas consumption apparatus is controlled by the concentration control means 5. When the total amount of power demand is liable to exceed the output total amount by comparison of the output total amount of the generator set of low CO2 emission with the total amount of power demand, the power generation means of low CO2 emission is operated by concentration control, and the charge for the gas consumption amount which is obtained while the power generation means of low CO2 emission is controlled by the concentration control means is distinguished from a normal charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
