The service time prediction device calculates the total medical examination time of the actual values for each doctor, and stores the calculated result as an operating time (S306). The service time prediction device calculates and stores a medical examination room operating time from the actual values as processing for each medical examination room (S309). The service time prediction device calculates the total medical examination time of the predicted patients of the medical examination room from the actual values, and stores the calculated result as total patient medical examination time (S310). The service time prediction device calculates and stores an overlap rate by dividing the total patient medical examination time total by the medical examination room operating time (S311). When the overlap rate is larger than 1 (S312: YES), the service time prediction device divides the predicted value of each medical examination time by the overlap rate, and updates it (S314).
