PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a service on web in the optimum manner by improving linking between a portable terminal and a television compatible with network. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 30 which accesses a server 10 through a dedicated communication circuit PN is equipped with: a radio communication part 31 which performs terminal-terminal communications with a television 20 that can access the server 10 through an Internet IN, with contents for portable device and that for TV being stored in the server 10; a display part 32 which displays the content for a portable device that has been acquired from the server 10 through the Internet IN; and an synchronization part which makes the television 20 obtain the content for TV from the server 10, based on the location information of the content for TV that is included in the content for portable device, and makes the display part 22 display the content for TV.
