PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which can provide image data of an image mode desired by a user without fail. SOLUTION: The image processor 100 connected with an information processor 200 in a communication-enabled manner, includes: an image reading part for reading image data with highest quality in performance of the image processor 100; a storing part for storing the read image data; a transmitting part for transmitting to the information processor 200 URL (Uniform Resource Locator) information indicating a place where the image data are stored; a receiving part for receiving from the information processor 200 a request of the image data stored at the place indicated by the URL information together with a designation of image mode; an image converting part for converting the image data stored at the place indicated by the URL information into image data of the designated image mode in response to the request; and an image providing part for providing the image data converted by the image converting part to the information processor 200.
