PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which achieves secure temperature protection and exhibits excellent durability by improving cooling efficiency of an inverter transformer substrate positioned in a periphery of a propeller fan by an angle of the propeller fan and a peripheral structure. SOLUTION: The high-frequency heating device includes: a heating chamber 4 for housing and heating an object to be heated; the propeller fan 3 for cooling an inside of a machine chamber; a fan motor 2 for rotating the propeller fan 3; the inverter transformer substrate 6 which is held thereon and generates a high voltage; a print base board 7 for housing and holding the inverter transformer substrate 6; and a high-frequency oscillator 5 for oscillating a high frequency. The heating device has a cooling structure where a wall surface 1 of the machine chamber, on which the fan motor 2 is mounted, is inclined, and the propeller fan 3 of the fan motor 2 is held at an angle facing to the inverter transformer substrate 6. Therefore, cooling air of the inverter transformer substrate 6 flows smoothly and cooling efficiency is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
