PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a floor constitution of a balcony constitution section in a room unit with a balcony. SOLUTION: This room unit 10 with the balcony is produced in a factory by having a room constitution section 11 and the balcony constitution section 12 integrally joined together; and a floor joist 21C of the room constitution section 11 and a floor joist 22C of the balcony constitution section 12 are directed in the same direction, and elongated in a direction orthogonal to a drainage slope of a floor surface 14 of the balcony 13.
