DOUBLE-SIDED METALLIC LAMINATE HAVING SUPERIOR HEAT-RESISTING PROPERTY AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A double-sided metallic laminate and a process for preparing the same are provided to ensure adhesive strength with a metal layer when heat-compressing a metal layer using a thermoplastic polyimide resin. CONSTITUTION: A double-sided metallic laminate comprises the steps of: laminating a polyimide resin layer(2) between metal layers laminated at both sides; laminating a thermoplastic polyimide resin layer(3) at one side or both sides of the thermoplastic polyimide resin layer, wherein the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic polyimide resin layer is 270-350 °C and the coefficient of thermal expansion is 40-70 ppm/K.
