PURPOSE: An opening and closing structure of an auxiliary muffler using a vacuum line in a vehicle is provided to maintain a stable back pressure control state by enabling a check valve to cut off air. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing structure of an auxiliary muffler using a vacuum line in a vehicle is composed as follows. An intake manifold(201) and an exhaust manifold(202) are formed in both sides of an engine(200) of a vehicle. A catalytic converter(203), a sub muffler(204), a main exhaust pipe(10), a main muffler(11), and a buffle(12) are successively coupled to the exhaust manifold. An auxiliary muffler(21) is formed in one side of the main muffler through an auxiliary exhaust tube(20). A balance valve(30) is coupled to the auxiliary exhaust tube and is connected to a vacuum line(50) in the vehicle through an air tube(40). A solenoid valve(60) is installed in the air tube. A check valve(70) is formed in the air tube between the vacuum line and the solenoid valve.
